One of the programmers of the Extended Mod is DivingDeep39. He posted the whole thing on his channel.

The Extended mod is now finished! Only support updates will be done for it going forwards. As for HP3 Extended don't get any hopes up any time soon HP1 extended is more likely than HP3.

Weird I don’t recall playing on this walkthrough years ago but if this is the extension of the game how come I never heard of it before?

That depends on what version you played. Did you play the PS2 version? Did you play the GameCube version? Because this one is for PC.
