I like the "thin moustache that Harry didn't understand" part. It made me wonder what the moustache could have looked like, to make it so difficult for the mind to comprehend.

This is like midlife-crisis film-noir Harry Potter by way of David Lynch, with anime costumes. Why does it work so well? Also, wow, I never would have expected _that character_ to be an intimidating villain.
