He talks about that he used smoke, but it started to make him feel paranoid at some point and was making him second guess his music and his abilities, so he put it down to lean into his career. He makes it a point to only speak his experience on it though; I'd go so far as to say he's an advocate for it, for the people that choose to use it. In other words, he doesn't have an agenda on either side of the issue, he accepts peoples' choices regardless and is honest about his own experience.

He has been obsessively practicing for 23 years as well since he was 11 and he is 33 now. Wordplay Wednesday is definitely something he can utilize to practice but it’s more for just fun and shit. He practices using word generator too and he practices rhyming couplets, and his Setup/Punchline technique. And he also practices using less filler words and sentences, which could be reducing how many times he says “HMack” and or other things.
