He was talking about LtCol Sanborn that was shot down who I had the honor to serve with in Iraq in 2004 while he was the Commander of VMA-542. An incredible Marine.

I know they used Tanijib for a hot refuel/rearm a lot. Similar to a FARP but just south of Kafji. We were known for the illuminated dome we slept in which was called the “Glow Worm”. You could see it 50 miles away easy. We saw one of the Harriers crash during Sea Soldier IV. Just rolled out of formation and crashed.
Came across a shot down Mil-8 outside Kuwait not sure who shot it down. Still had the wing rockets but not a lot left rear of Cockpit.
Is it the same with the UK Harrier?

I hope the F 35 actually works well. I have heard bad stuff. I hope not.

barracuda7018 sure you can play fortnite in it but can you counter SU 30‘s and derivatives? Rather not, it‘s just a lorry with some bombs in it- not an impressive load out and a particulary bad fighter compared F 16 or F 15 and Eurofighter, Rafale...
