Harley Sportster Nightster - Team Dark Custom
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
I've gotten a lot of inspiration from other KZread users, so it's about time I share some of my own mods here.
It's a 2008 Harley Sportster Nightster XL1200N.
Bught it second hand and tweaked it to my own likings.
Big thanks to my dad for helping me with fabrication!
Also, I recommend getting a Clymer shop manual, or similar, it's saved me a few times.

One of the best looking sportsters I have seen
Just recently purchased a 2008 sportster nightster 8021 miles, one owner, no modifications. Super psyched to make it my own & change a few things.
I love all the details. Totally how I’d build my sportster if I had the budget. Great job.
Simply Beautiful, your talent and imagination truly shows through on this bike.
Nice job, cool blinkers, that's a sweet example of what a nightster can look like.
Stumbled on your video while I wad looking for mod ideas for my Wide Glide. My first bike was a Sportster and I've always liked the Nightsters and I can say, without any shadow of a doubt, your bike is the absolute SICKEST looking sportster (of any variety) I've ever seen. Your vinyl work and design scheme are great, I love your indicators. Overall a very well planned and put together bike, absolutely love it!

THIS is what a sportster was born to look like.
well done sir. one of my fav's.and almost exactly what i want
Great vision & well thought out. I will dog you for the thank lift lad... Proper bobbers never had tank lifts.
Only one thing I'd add to this bike personally and that's a headlight mask just to give it a mean face but this is sick I love it!!

I am loving it🥰🥰
Nice bike mann
Very very nice!!!!
It’s sick for a sportster
I had some big twins ,I have a evo softail now , but nothing sounds better then a sporty , twin cam. shovel, or evo, they just sound off the hook. and also Harleys always sound better with the idle up , I hate when there turned down.
O my god! Is beatifull!!!
Love the bike
How did you get the PM front caliper to fit? Is it the larger rotor? They are not sold to fit the Nightster with wire wheels. Curious cause I seriously need to upgrade my brakes
@Taylor M (no reply button on your post for some reason) I know, I had the same concerns, they're not listed as a fit for the Nightster, so I contacted PM and they guaranteed that the 6 piston calliper that I wanted was a direct bolt on (Part Nr. 0051-2917-BM). The 6 piston calliper needs a 13" rotor, but I think the 4 piston version is a direct fit on the stock 11,5 " rotor. If you have any questions, just drop PM a line via their website, they're quick to answer.
Do you know of any good videos on how to clean up the factory mess between the tank and engine?
Very, Very Cool…thanks for sharing….
I got a front spoiler for my 2008 Nightster too, but the hex bolts that bolt the bracket the frame seem to be too bit... I think they're 3/8 16 x 3/4 inch. Do you know what the right size is for the bolts you used for your front spoiler?
Super nice.
beautifully simple.
Sweet bike mate

Immaculate!
With what set of forward controls did u got with?I have heard not all if them are compatible with the 2 into 1 competition series .
how comfortable are the Harley Drag Bars for longer rides? I was thinking about getting the RSD Clipons but although they are cool for some aggressive riding I can already hear my back scream. What I might try out is a pair of Convertibars they normally use on Sportbikes so I can eazily move the bars from clip on position to above Dragbar position.

Never had any issues with my back. Usually take a quick stop to shake off my numb butt every now and then though :)
Nice looking bike. They sound better with a straight pipe
Holly Balls.....This is sweet.
how hard is it to custom fit the chin fairing to later model sportsters??
Hi mate!! how you do this bottle cap ??? can inputting on my 883? Nice bike :)
Are you able to see the dummy light with this risers? I've just installed the RSD speedo kit but my top clamp is blocking the lights. Awesome ride by the way.
@FJoberger

Yeah, I had the top clamp as well while waiting for the shorty risers, but the gap between these allows you to see the lights. Check the video just before the 8 minute mark, you can see the lights there.
clean Homie nice
Es una bestia!
Awesome looking bike. Love the chin spoiler. Where did u pick it up? You mentioned you had to do some modifications? Was it difficult?
