You forgot the clip on the idler shaft '' after you stuck the idler gear on !!!
What? No pre-oil or assembly lube? Pre-oiling all the moving parts is cheap insurance against excessive wear or galling on the first startup.
Dont stick eng sprocket on before Inner primary !!!!!
