Very nice interview. He is a true bike enthusiast👍 I suggested this bike to a friend who lives in Palakkad. But he had to drop this bike from the list due to unavailability. The other bike was RE interceptor 650( I own one) Now he is looking at Triumph Scrambler 400. Hope Harley/Hero will fix this soon.

Harley’s range started in India with iron 883 (not including the made in India cheaper street 750 which was launched below 5L ex showroom) which was less than 10L ex showroom. There were several Harleys below 20L price point. So I am not sure why he didn’t find one below 24L.

He said a "good one. " i dont think 883s or 750s were anywhere near as good as a "bike" to begin with. X440 is of better standards than them. 48 was the only good entry level bike at the time in india.

It’s just a HD fan boy talks 🙂. Potato sound needs twin cylinders… 😂 Fortnine has explained how they create it . Happy to see his enthusiasm though… Regarding the mileage I seriously doubt. 20km/ l is way too low I think 🤔 I have test rode HDs and have seen so many HD bikes up close. Unfortunately I don’t see the HD DNA in this bike.

for me it's the first experience riding HD, I felt its a really good bike. It's suspension and the exhaust sound also really good. I personally don't like the looks, but the cockpit view is amazing.
