Harley Davidson Sportster to Hardtail Bobber Fabrication Build in 20 Minutes
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
The new project features a 2000 Harley Davidson Sportster 883, transformed into a classic Hardtail Bobber style. I'm dividing the build into three detailed videos: the first dedicated to fabrication, the second focusing on electrical and mechanical work, and the third dedicated to the paint job and assembly.
If you've got questions or comments, drop them below, and I'll do my best to reply to every single one.

It doesn't get any better that that. You used top notch quality material and fabricated very precises brackets and parts. Congrats. People of the internet should use your video as an how to properly built a Bobber. René from Québec Canada.

This vid made me regain so much confidence and trust in myself to finish my Night Rod Special build this winter/spring! Not anywhere near the levels of building and fabrication that you demonstrate in this video, but the bike is basically tore down to frame and motor right now. Waiting for parts to arrive before coating, paint and finally assembly! Love the content, subbed. Cheers mate!

I have a quick question tho 6:57 Why did you hack off part of the mudguard that's in line with the chain? Wouldn't that make it more easy for the chain to rub up on the tire?
@Ed_the_Brit
5 ай бұрын
Thank you dude!!
@Ed_the_Brit
5 ай бұрын
I removed that piece of the fender because the rear tire is as wide as I can possibly go with only a quarter of an inch clearance. Now obviously the fender/mudguard is wider than the tire so it would have interfered with the chain so I had to cut a relief in it for chain clearance. The problems of running oversized tires lol
