Harley Davidson Sportster to Hardtail Bobber Fabrication Build in 20 Minutes

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

The new project features a 2000 Harley Davidson Sportster 883, transformed into a classic Hardtail Bobber style. I'm dividing the build into three detailed videos: the first dedicated to fabrication, the second focusing on electrical and mechanical work, and the third dedicated to the paint job and assembly.
If you've got questions or comments, drop them below, and I'll do my best to reply to every single one.

This vid made me regain so much confidence and trust in myself to finish my Night Rod Special build this winter/spring! Not anywhere near the levels of building and fabrication that you demonstrate in this video, but the bike is basically tore down to frame and motor right now. Waiting for parts to arrive before coating, paint and finally assembly! Love the content, subbed. Cheers mate!

I removed that piece of the fender because the rear tire is as wide as I can possibly go with only a quarter of an inch clearance. Now obviously the fender/mudguard is wider than the tire so it would have interfered with the chain so I had to cut a relief in it for chain clearance. The problems of running oversized tires lol

My friend, your work is amazing, please keep making sensational motorcycles, I am a big fan of bobbers, especially Harleys, and with the springer hub it is spectacular, please excuse me, I don't speak English and use Google Translator to write

Nice fab work...with the hardtail how much stretch did you get? I am reviewing different hardtails and i noticed you used chain as final drive...i want to keep mine belt drive...hopefully i can get a hardtail with 2 to 4 inch stretch and use a longer belt. Anyhow cant wait for the next vids...keep up the good work. Paul from Australia.

Hi Paul, Is a TC Bros hardtail with 2 inch stretch so will work with a extended belt. I would highly recommend them, they are very well made. Thanks for watching I appreciate the support!
