Depending on the Dsp , yes We do it all the time Small tweeters on channel 1 hp 2.5 k hertz Larger horns on channel 2 hp 1k hertz For example. The dsr 1 won’t let you do separate frequencies but it will let you do separate gain for in linked channels . The higher end dsps will let you do what ever you want

That wire is not one of the problems. As long as it’s the correct gauge for the power draw, CCA works just fine
