The true icon FXRT had same size saddlebags and a comfie seat for both rider and passenger. it afterall being a sports tourer - seating comfort is a requirement. So here we go (again), another price hike for a custom paint job. They could have at least redesigned the dual exhaust so to fit the same size saddlebag to the RHS for that price. Wow! so much excitement for a paint job, disappointing.

@@roadglidehoss Had a 2013 Triumph Trophy Sports Tourer it did not have a puffy seat but it was so so comfortable. Likewise, with the BMW Sports Tourers and their GS1250. The seat can still look cool, not be puffy and be comfortable. Harley just won't go there.

Man I love your channel. From previous videos I’ve seen on your channel you are an inspiration to the community to chase your dreams and do what you love. I’ve always told myself do what I love and get paid “ok” than do something that is miserable and get paid a lot. I am a dedicated subscriber to your channel and excited to see more content.

Looks good, but I still like the "Gunship Gray" color with the brass wheels. The extra $6k simply for a limited edition paint job is not worth it IMO.

Came across a Low Rider ST with a Stage 2 cam, aftermarket exhaust, tuner and dnyo'd. It was a mean little beast. Highly recommend the setup.

I’m glad that HD decided to not be afraid of color on this bike. I think the paint job is excellent. I am disappointed that they decided to make this one of the Icon Collection bikes; I think it would have been a big seller if it wasn’t limited to 1500 bikes. Also, I was really hoping that the next one in the Icon Collection would be a WWII WLA.

I’m happy with my 2021 FXLRS. I actually prefer the gauges on the tank also. I might do a custom paint job too.

This bike is so awesome all around. I guess I’m part of the newer generation (27) but I LOVE this bike. I’ve been able to afford One Harley and almost customize It fully to what I want. But that fairing I’ve always seen glimpses of and can’t help but love. Wanted to build a road king next with a fxtr fairing but now this st had me wanting one but I didn’t like the lack of colors. NOW THE DIABLO! I’m really wanting to scratch all that and just make payments!!!

This is on display at our local dealership (Milwaukee Harley) for the end of summer rally we have. Cameras don't do it justice regarding how much it pops in person!!!

It’s easy to make audio systems sound loud when they’re at a standstill. While the Rockford Fosgate system isn’t a slouch, Paul is stretching it when he says you can hear it full-faced at 80. Sure, you can “hear” something. Whether you’ll actually be able to discern what exactly you’re hearing is another conversation entirely. Coming from someone who rides an FXLRST with the Rockford Fosgate system. P.S. Paint is totally rad-bike is totally rad. Price is totally not rad.

This bike is just confusing. Being promoted as a Low Rider, but also a tribute to the FXRT - so which is it? Clearly a tribute to the Low Rider ST (which has exited all of 6-7 months). An ST with a pretty expensive paint job.

great video man....but they need to start working on the small stuff, the rear brake is pretty crappy, and is that hard to put a 90 degree valve stem on the rear wheel?? stupid, not so stupid stuff like that i would like to see fixed....and they can keep their "surcharge"....

Small hints of the paint somewhere with the engine area would have been cool.There's a void in the middle section...IMO

I wish someone would do a comparison with this $30,000 bike to a V4 Multistrada, Rocket 3, R18 bagger, K1600, and Honda Goldwing. I would be interested in comparison $40,000 CVO in the above comparisons. USA vs the world comparison. Is it more about the paint jobs vs factory horsepower/electronics, etc?

Has a Harley-Davidson owner this bike it’s just a regular model just with some custom paint I think Harley-Davidson should be offer to the customer to pick colors and design that would be something new not this and the other hand the extra cost for the paint job you can get a better design and the colors that customer really want so hope next time Harley-Davidson thing of what the customer wants and that my personal opinion.

The exhaust & chrome headlight are the only misses on these bikes. 2-1 & black headlight would look so much better. Still a badass looking bike tho!

Well… I guess this contributes to my inability to find a Rockford fostgate in stock for my ST.

It’s $5k more than a ST. So is it just the $1k audio package and a $4k paint job. My local dealer has one coming in but couldn’t really tell me 🤬.

Roughly $27k+. It's basically $6k more than the "standard" model because it's a "limited edition."

my nephew has one of these bikes it broke down 3 times already and the paint bubbled on the tank harley quality is really poor.

Nice bike. I would have done it in chrome. Front end, wheels, engine, etc.

Very cool look into the world behind the scenes. I still think the bike is overpriced for what it offers, but I know thousands of HD simps will disagree, and the bike will sell out faster than water in the desert.

I’m an avid Harley guy, ride an FXLRST, and 100% agree that the El Diablo is overpriced

In my opinion, a motorcycle is more than a paint job, for me here in 2022 it's all about technology. HD 1st needs to fully counterbalance all it's bikes. 2nd, these hot air cooled bikes with 3-hole oil fill, big primary chain, and pushrods are done. HD needs to go with their liquid cooled Revolution Max platform very quickly. I have owned many HD bikes with my current bike being a 107 M8 street glide special. I am ready for the new phase in technology, comfort and ease of maintenance from HD.
