awesome!! it's a great guitar i just did a vid on how i got one used fixed it up and it jams amazing, great guitar i think it had sharp frets though those were a pain

For Death metal, I'm afraid the pickups on the R-446 won't have enough bite and output so I would go for the S by Solar. Keep in mind that this guitar is not shielded so you might need to do this by yourself :)
I want to get a Harley Benton but can't decide between the HWY 25 and the S-620, which one do you prefer?

These 2 guitars are very different. The S-620 comes with a Floyd Rose. It implies that you will not put your palm on the bridge the same way as on a hartail. When you wanna change a broken string, it will be much longer and same thing if you wanna move from E standard tuning to drop D. The body is hollow and will stop you from blocking the trem. With that in mind, I do prefer the tone of the pickups that comes with the S-620 TB but the neck of the HWY 25 BKS feels better to me (a bit thiner). Now, if you live in EU and want a S-620 TB, I'm selling mine - mint conditions - so let me know :)

I thought it was badly intimated but he was just hitting notes out of the scale when I slowed it down

you mean "badly intonated" ? Yes, a few notes are out on this demo, that's what happens when you record everything live :)
