Years ago I purchased several cars through BCA. Just by paying a returnable fee. Now it seems that the general public is excluded as a consequence of Covid AND this helps keep prices down for the trade. To conclude BCA it seems is not interested in getting the best price for the vendor but only in keeping prices down for traders. Good business policy.
