One of my favorite non veg restaurants.😋😋😘

We usually have non veg meals and mutton balls here. Only mutton gravy and mutton balls with rice will give such a wonderful taste.....

If there was an option to give zero stars I would have given that, this is regarding the haribhavanam at RTO road . What a bad experience, no customer service , no respect for humanity , no respect for elders. The employees that work there are very arrogant and cruel. There was this small incident that happened today at 1.30pm ( 29.01.23) our family of 4 had gone for lunch there, incidentally our in-laws also joined, since my mother in law is a diabetic and a heart patient, she asked for a cup rice cause she can’t have a whole non veg meals, she also ordered a whole barbecue fish for that cup rice, rest of us ordered non veg meals, the person who came to take the order said that they don’t give cup rice , we insisted that we have already had it multiple times there, he kept arguing so we finally said so what? Give us the cup rice and you can charge for non veg meals it self.instead of talking calmly with us the server got angry and told my mother in law that we were cheating by buying cup rice and eating a non veg meals worth of rice. He insulted us with rude words, my husband instead of arguing with that worthless fellow went to the manager to give a proper complaint, but the manager or whoever he was dint even hear our side of the argument, he blindly put the customer down and supported the employee. All we wanted was for that employee to realise that he used rude words against an elderly woman, we were willing to pay money for the non veg meals. The manager who had seen us eating at the hotel multiple times, dint even have a fair mind to listen to us, they kept insulting us, twisting our words, and fighting. In the end we paid for 2,500 rs plus we dint eat any of the food but left the restaurant . I have whole videos of the arguments and anyone who hears it will know how they treated the customers in a demeaning manner. Why should we spend money for getting insulted? Our mother and our kids left the restaurant without eating . Very very heartbroken, you can cook good food but if you don’t know how to respect and treat customers then you will never prosper. God will be your Judge, I’ve the pics of those rude people, the guy in white claimed he was the owner of the restaurant, he used disrespectful words too. If the management and Mr. Balachander Raju, the owner is righteous enough to give a thought to our feedback then we can send the whole video and place our concern before them

Very bad dinner in my life. 1 week munnadi husband birthday ku ponam. Already early ah prepared panni vecha gravy. Tasteless and no freshness food. Only kulcha and butter chicken order panna. Inga dinner poitu vantha nyt la irrndhu 4 days ah ennoda husband ku stomach pain. Hospital Kum and leave potathum tha micham.
