A must-have for any garage or workshop, this bolt size gauge is excellent for sizing bolts, screws, nuts (USS, SAE and Metric), washers (USS, SAE) and twist drills. Hi, thanks for the great video! Any way you can show how to use the nut measuring ends?
Things like that are a total must have.
Tyler,I use the bolt guage you sent me with an order of parts I purchased from you .Use it all the time . I noticed when trying to find metric thread pitch with your guard the first 2 are like .70 and .75 . I have fine thread fittings that seem to line up with the thread pitch guage perfectly on the .75. If you look at the chart on the guard it shows the coarse and fine thread sizes for like a M 12 to be 1.0 & 1.5 there is no M12 .75 . What am I missing here ? Is it a misprint on the guage? The USA Standard pitches all seem to be spot on !

How about the same thing for Whitworth & BSF British Standard Fine. Or is that what your standard and fine are?
Could you tell me what are all of the numbers that are in the grid at the bottom where it sats INCn UNCand UNF? Thanks

DirectorWD40 yes it’s Inch, UNC and UNF unc = unified coarse pitch threads and UNF = unified fine pitch threads - threads per inch. If you look at the listing you can see in the photo the amount of measurements it shares : www.lowbrowcustoms.com/products/bolt-and-thread-gauge

Is the size of the bolt the hold that it slides into easily--or is it the size that the bolt SCREWS into? (i.e., the interior shank, instead of the exterior thread diameter?)

It's the outer diameter, i.e. the clearance hole required for it to fit through
I honestly didn't know how to use this
fantastic tool
I find his neck tattoos extremely distracting. Otherwise, what this thread gauge doesn't do is determine the threads on nuts though the side part of the tool should determine the hole sizes on some of them..

@@lowbrowcustoms That's not really true since, though they're on his neck, they're IN MY FACE! :) Really, it's almost impossible to look at a person and not see their neck which, in this case, looks a bit freakish, sorry.

@@dawoodk103 Every era is "fkd" up, trust me because of human nature and our ability to both get along with each other and not get along with each other, along with a plethora of other reasons. I can't agree, though, that the "only redemption" is drafting them into the military, especially to go to Afghanistan. The lessons hopefully learned in life can offer help and guidance if one is open to it but true redemption, maturity, etc., is multifaceted and there's no one answer for everyone. Redemption, as you call it, may be connected on some level by love, empathy, a sense of connection and so forth.
