Very good observations. A few could be added like there are many generalizations for working woman. I have heard statements like woman go to work, to socialize with men. A working woman is not a good mother. And many such more , and this are unfortunately made by fellow women. I guess the solution to our problems is that we stop being so cynical about fellow women.
@AmanGandhi
3 ай бұрын
About not being good mother is mostly true. You cannot give most of your time and attention to your child, if you are working for your boss.
@sajidashaikh131
3 ай бұрын
@@AmanGandhi Ask any children of working woman. A woman will make whatever adjustments she needs to make, to take care of her child/children. And again, this assumption, that any work done by woman is working for 'boss', is silly. Any work, be it sweeper, lawyer, doctor, engineer, teacher, pilot, driver, bank job or even an office job, is for the betterment of society. Our society runs because of multiple men and women working selflessly. Yes, you may say they are paid, but that pay hardly compensates for the efforts and sacrifices they make. There is always a head/leader in any organization, but that does not imply, you are working for the head/leader. Any company or organization is present and thriving because it provides value to society. The day it does not provide any value, organization will cease to survive. And then, even if you want, you cannot work for the head/boss. So, the solution to this, is make the work environments conducive to mothers. It is only the first 5 years, that the mother needs to be with the child for most of the time. If her work allows that, and she has people supporting her it can make a lot of difference. Just staying at home does not make someone a good mother.

Ok. That's actually a bias that women would never acknowledge. Companies are aware that office employees aren't bringing in profits. It's the people who are either working in field or travelling frequently that bring profits. The others are just for following orders. Secondly, would you want your organization to appear in a list with worst Male:Female ration despite girls not taking up engineering?

The leave is because pushing out a child from body affects the body. The body is extremely weak after oregnancy and women need 1-2 months rest to recover. I dont want to get into details but you can do google search to see impacts on health. And idk if its so much issue to teammates, its due to bad company policies of nit getting replacement

I am really not able to understand nowadays men are getting offended or jealous or don't know what to call it for maternity leave of their female employees 😅 i mean seriously who will get jealous of something which is only given to recover their body pain, mental issues and the child literally needs mother to be with them at that point and if government has decided about these policies there must be something to think of right and men are behaving as if they're paying from their pockets 😅😅
@abhishekshrivastava7032

But don't you think that CCL is little too much. I mean we get it that kid needs mother so does her staff. One can take CCL till kid becomes 15-17 yrs. 600 days.... For you... Whenever you want. I've seen people going on such chuttis knowing that there is requirement of them to present at office and knowing that her kids are well taken care of. One or two incidents are ok. But it pinches when it becomes a norm. And it is the norm now with new govt policy. Women votes bhi toh chahiye.

where is your cringe about equality for labour jobs when women carry 2-3 earthen pots from far away places to their home every single day and then do all house chores with no sick leave or any break only to be beaten and used as a sex slave later? Just awesome Prashashti..you nailed it! It's all true !
Kya baat hai prashasti ! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Very thoughtful,keep going
That guy was true btw, companies are asking for more women employees. I had to attend several sessions where I was made understand how much important to have gender diversity in my team. I still have only 2 girls in my team who are efficient enough and HR still wants me to increase female count in my team.
That "maje hi maje" got me rolling 🤣🤣👌👌
Powerful performance. Much respect ❤
This last line hits
U r simply fabulous
Very True genuine comedy 💯
Well folks as a senior manager at Fortune 20 firm in US I can tell you that there is a lot of pressure to hire women into tech jobs. Diversity hiring is one key factor in Managers' annual performance bonus.

your policy is trying your best to hire women at an equal rate of men without compromising quality. this is your job, it's difficult, but it's the only right thing.
"haan haan" only focusing on this line 💀😂 😂
Prashasti is amazing....😂😂😂
You are such an intelligent comedian who doesn't need to shout into the mic constant period jokes or swear to be funny! Really enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for being a different.
Rona hi aagya is video ki accuracy pe
Guys in the audience were not having it 😂
What a splendid set!
Truth bombs!❤
Too good Prashasti… I just love ur content.. each n every time.. u just nail it…❤❤❤❤❤
Movies Like Kabir Singh and Animal are the truth. Men like them exist around us and we should be thankful to Mr. Sandeep Reddy Vanga for making us aware of them.
Loving ignorant men getting triggered here😂 Tum hamesha dukhi hi rahoge😂
Funny and having a message.. Good one 👍🏿👍🏿
Amazing... They way she gave the message is just so cool....
After every line... She says haan... Haan... Hann.
Superb
Really enjoy your comedy, clean neat and enjoyable Keep it up
Women should appreciate their differences wrt men and not try to always be equal to men.

Differences exist biologically, and in this video no biological aspect was talked about, im genuinely curious which difference are you referring to?
@WisdomIsAwesome

@@jinsflsg Biological differences do not exist in isolation to other aspects of life. Here are some points in the video where the effect of biological differences either directly or indirectly was discussed- 2:38 3:30 4:14 5:26 In rest of the video also, the differences were due to societal biases which were a result (but very indirectly) of biological differences. P.s. I wrote a good long answer earlier but due to faulty youtube UI, it lost it :(
I appreciate the male employees a lot for knowing that she is not really wrong and laughing on her jokes (without showing ego😂)... ❤

She spoke the truth😊

Who forced you to become pregnant. Stop marrying and having kids. That way, nobody will say anything.
Pregnancy leave is more painful for other staff members. And then comes the icing on the cake.... The "CHILD CARE LEAVE". And women employee be like....... Ab bol, Kya bolega😃😃😃

Sister, they want to maintain girl to boy ratio hence many guys are left defeated to not equating girl candidates. But yes there are highly competitive and top notch candidates in both sexes to which such rules don’t apply
Too good 👍
Too good 💯
Equality in preferred jobs not in labour intensive jobs that's the definition. Yes culturally we need to be more supportive but i just cringe when they use the word equality.

where is your cringe about equality for labour jobs when women carry 2-3 earthen pots from far away places to their home every single day and then do all house chores with no sick leave or any break only to be beaten and used as a sex slave later? Looks like you forgot the spelling of privilege too. shut up and sit down.
Too good
