@@icebear9725 Hi, yes naman po, pwede kahoy. Ang paggamit ng metallic frames is to make sure that both boards and the framing are termite and fire resistant. Pero if kahoy lang ang available, pwede naman.

Could you do video on how much the wood planks are, thinking of using them as fence. Thanks

Ficem boards are good for walls and ceilings as long as you provide a gap between their joints because it expands due to weather. Joining the board without any gap will only show hairline cracks on the ceiling or walls in the long run due to board expansion kahit lagyan mo pa ng masilya. Mas maayos gamitin ang gypsum boards on indoor ceiling and walls. 13 years na naka install yung Boral gypsum sa ceiling namin maayos pa rin pero yung Hardiflex na naka install kisame ng garahe namin mayroon na hairline cracks. Mas mahal pa nga ngayon ang Hardiflex kaysa sa gypsum board.

Hindi ba mainit kapag ginamit na kisame ang ficemboard?

Thanks for the video I am building here in the province and have used lahat Hardiflex NexGen 12mm outside, 9mm inside exterior wall, 6 mm inside partitions and 4.5 mm ceiling. 4.5 is not specific to residential but the application of use for weight. Also need 9mm or greater for wet areas depending sa tile size Feel free to reach out if you want my experience so far. Also please never use rivets on hardiflex use proper screws for the application

@@maximonatividad9653 Fiber cement board screw lang po ang tawag. Flat head po ito. May nabibili online. Search nyo lng ang pangalan.

Yes, as long as naka design ang mga column and slabs for upper floor extension. Best po consult an structural engineer pra sure sa strength at safety ng inyong floor extensions.

Safe po ba if gawin sya flooring. Lalot 2nd floor po gagamitin. Matibay po ba kc panu po un heavy ng mga gamit ex. Bed and cabinets po. Salamt po sana po masagot po ninyo.

as an architecture graduate (girl po ako, idol ko lang si pacquiao..lol) at napadpad sa gencon field hindi ko na napa practice mag design. ngayon ko lang nalaman na ficem board pala yung ginagamit sa wall exterior finishes sa western country houses with design. hehe.. thanks kuya arki... dami ko natutunan sayo.. panoorin ko lahat ng video mo.. subscribed agad haha

Nag-binge ako ng vids mo yesterday- yung sa kitchen, window types (awning, sliding etc). Balak po namin gumamit ng ficem board as wall partition.
