You can't sleep in some buildings zoned for business. I know some people just do it anyway but, if you get caught, there could be heavy fines for the owner of the building. But I do agree. They should stop staying at hotels and maybe business lease a house to shave some costs.

Im a huge dde fan but recently it feels like 80% of the videos are clickbaited and the stories has really fallen off until the last week or so. We’re all seasoned loyal dde family and i think the realness of the channel is slipping away. Mick and tim are now equal presenters its fun to watch the boys with there projects. Im just a consumer offering my opinion but personally seeing the company grow is more exciting then watching a senna. Build the dde shop, hold events, more driving content ( were all excited for gumball we know its coming ) and keep it real 💪 Roll on the stfu comments 😂

It's children and young women, so making clothes that appeal to a younger fan base is honestly just smart business practices. Or sell more for less. The prices are 50% over priced. 95% won’t buy a t shirt for $60 but 90% would for $30 for example. Less is sometimes more.

Have cars and coffee and charge 10 bucks for entry once a month. Have food truck night and collect space rent. So many options...I also understand it's easy for us to say these things without knowing everything that goes on.

DDE needs to sell a few cars and just find contentment with how far this channel have gone with 3 mill+ subscribers. No matter how much money or cars you have, you will never be satisfied and will keep chasing for more. The key is being humble. Be grateful for Mike and Tim and there presence. At the end of the day, family is much more valuable than any amount of money or cars can do. You cant buy family. Lets keep it real and 💯 DDE. I LOVE this channel. Lets rethink how you guys view this business as.

Yes. Senna payments are not a problem. Which on itself does not generate any views. But somehow f12 build is not break even then they pumped tons of videos featuring it. And on Mike issue, it's strange, he sits doing nothing on F12, which i get Damon not happy about it, but on the other hand who will fix constantly breaking cars. Gintani won't do. And begging random shops for exposure payments is not an option. Sometimes it feels that Damon is like hyperactive child, constantly changing directions, needs and wants. Supposedly they are broke but somehow manages to be 2 years in a row, one of the main gumball sponsors...

I just need a roof over my head I’d be willing to sleep on the shop floor. Just wanna change of environment . This would be something fun to do. So it's a 90 day car build vlog. In time lapse, comedic, trial and errors, explaining the parts, epic fails. People will watch it. People are into entertainment and building things. We will watch it because of the journey, from broken twin turbo f12 to insane drift car. You can also mix the video. Half builds, half shenanigans.

The f12 is why I started watching this channel I get so excited every time I see any video about it I love the build videos and I can't wait for it to be done and see it ripping I completely understand how big of a risk it is from a business standpoint however I do believe when it's done it will really pay out there is nothing like it

I totally agree with Mike being compensated for not just his vast mechanical knowledge but his character is worth it's weight in gold. Mike is from the generation of get shit done so him sweeping up the shop just proves my point even more. Regardless of what he is doing I would bet dollars to donuts when Mike and Tim are on the clock they are giving you 110%. Get the car done! Merch it! Hit record and Slay it! It's like they have to show off that their in luxury hotels or Damon's million dollar house and he made it clear in one of the last 2 or 3 videos that they have to make money for their families lifestyle. Maybe cut back like many Americans have to do even when their working 2 jobs and 80 hour weeks. These 2 go home for 2 weeks so maybe their not serious about their business...I have never seen a successfull business owner go home to their family for 2 weeks. They do what it takes to make their business successful and they don't put it on their clients or fans. The ly are by far the worse youtube vehicle guys out there. Look at Nico or Matt Armstrong or even Cleetus everyone if them give back to their fans. Maybe if DDE did not think they were better than anyone else and made their fans a priority then maybe life would be like those other car gentlemen I am talking about!!!!!!

So happy to see you guys remain with the build. Just think of all the content you’re going to be able to make once it’s completed. I would still do the AWD setup but do the 2WD to recoup your cash. Also use that space you have and make some cash flow, have meets at shop sale product, could open doors to a small shop make cash flow there and keep Tim and Mike employed and busy. I love seeing the daily DDE videos and would hate to see it change.

That “gotta have fun” attitude is what we NEEEED man

Honestly watching Mike and Tim build the F12 and listening to Mike explain everything are my favorite of your videos

Most of us watch these videos because we love seeing Mike and Tim in them. We need more consistent updates on the F12 and they need to make an event around it to promote the car. Get the views up or take it to a big event that can attract new viewers.

Soooooo glad your going to complete the build, its going to be epic and talked about the world over. That Ferrari, is going to be a poster on soo many bedroom/garage/workshop/office walls, inspiring petrol heads for decades to come. Setting the bar and showing how, Determination/next level engineering/skill and vision when combined, can create a supercar special of Legend.

I only started watching DDE again because of the F12. The knowledge and skill shared from Mike alone are priceless. Honestly so much better than watching you guys goon around in exotics. I’m really disappointed that build doesn’t get more traction, but probably just due to the lack of content. Bring it home 🙌🏻

I love seeing Mike & Tim building supercars! The step by step progress on the f12 is very entertaining to watch day by day it never gets old and mikes & Tim’s jokes/ shenanigans are the best love the fun time you guys make!

We need to get back to solid Mike/Tim content. The backend of 2023 and early 2024 with the solid Mike/Tim content was the best. Or start a DDE Builds channel that is pure Mike and Tim content.. say 3 video uploads a week.

Guy wtf are you talking about? Yes Tim and Mike are awesome guys, but Tim and Mike are BUUSSSY. "Builds channel", what do you think they are doing?? The updates will come when they have things ready to update about. How will having a "separate builds channel for 3 videos a week" suddenly CREATE things to update us about? You think people are going to watch 3 videos in a week of them slowly perfecting the same 2 firewall pieces?? Because that is probably what they do in a week. They just updated WEEKS of work in 15 minutes. How much more could they say about those pieces and that progress? You think Tim and Mike can fill 3 videos a week with talking and hosting and entertainment, WHILE actually focusing properly on finishing the projects?? What are they going to say after the first 8 minutes??? Its jus going to be silence and the same piece of carboard or sheet metal for HOURs. You are going to get bored of that in about 20 minutes if you are normal, and 1 hour tops if you're a weirdo. You are just saying words without thinking about the reality of it.

In my mind, if you reduced your shenanigans, like resting the cars on the rev limiters for no reason etc, with 10%, Mike and Tim would have 50% more time for actually productive work, instead of constantly fixing time consuming problems on the other cars...

Just putting something out there. The channel never was started for money. It was done for fun. The f12 breaks the fun boundaries in every aspect. The og subs need the f12 twin turbo build. Literally here every day waiting for an update.

I’m glad they are finishing the f12. That car is designed to make its money back once it’s done and you can do sick gymkhanas with. That’s when the views start rolling in. Also is watching you guys learn to drive it. Yes a lot of us wanted a build series to watch it. But those kind of videos need to be somewhat consistent and that’s hard when you’re always waiting on stuff to keep going. I have faith the gymkhanas will be big great videos and the views will roll in. Good luck guys!

Never understood the new HQ. If you had 30+ vehicles or more then 4-5 employees it could maybe make sense. It's a giant building that sits empty and brings in $0

You guys should integrate the HQ with other car creators, rent out zones of the HQ and make it a content compound almost. It Would make for awesome vlogs, and cost cutting for rent/utilities every month

I say take your time with this build , keep making content to make money , and whenever you have an update with the f12 it will be a treat for us , at least that’s how I look at it , I’ll keep supporting DDE regardless of what content you bring out , love the brand and what you guys do with these cars, keep it up guys!

Love the honesty on this video. And I, like Vin, have my own channel. It's a crap TON of work to build/modify cars. Keep it up!

Imagine if Garrett Mitchel complained about going broke every other video. Instead he makes great entertainment. Takes us on all his adventures and just keeps growing. Drag cars, race track, car builds, shenanigans, then jet boats, then RC flying, then bush plane, then helicopters. Do you not think he was stressed when he bought a broke down race track? Instead he turns it into a streaming channel and invents a new racing category with clapped out police cars. DDE needs to focus on entertainment, not drama.

You guys NEED to show everything that the boys do in the next 90 days! The series they did a few months back (in the old shop) were GREAT content. Let's get it back on track!

Hey Damon, I really admire your perseverance to this project car! I think you should definitely finish the F12 it’s clear you have an insane idea for the build, and the amount of detail Mike is putting into it. My suggestion would be to film as much content as possible during the build without pushing the car too hard once done. Also, consider selling couple of your least favorite cars of the channel (and quit buying new ones for now) to keep the lights on and cover expenses. Then, come January 2025, you could take the finished car to the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona. This way, you might not only recoup your investment but even possibly make a profit, at the end of the day yeah it might suck letting it go but it’s business. Maybe that would teach you to keep the builds to bodykits and wheels lol. Keep up the great work, looking forward to seeing the final product!

Damon discussing selling the Senna and buying 2 more Lambos at August last week. This week fretting about the remaining costs to finish the F12. Sounds like Dave needs to start working on getting some more sponsors lined up (or give up more of his salary)! But seriously, can you pull in sponsorships from companies providing parts for the F12 build? How about creating some special F12 merch?

Honestly if you're so worried about money make a bunch of cool merch every once in a while with some graphics of the cars and don't worry about doing the block chain stuff price the shirts reasonably and it'll make steady income because I myself don't feel like buying the exact same dde black shirt but I've bought 15 different cleetus shirts and 15 different Adam lz shirts because they're all different and unique while still not being expensive

Best idea is to turn half of the warehouse into a car storage business and start renting spots out make easy money on that…. And up sell most of those customers on car wraps/ppf, detailing and more and all you do is get a mobile person to come out and you make a profit on top. Another idea start doing raffle give aways on cheap car builds and you can make PLENTYYY
