While deleting some photos and videos from my gallery, I came across a video I took of myself. I had intended to send it to my friend, who went out of his way to order me food via Food Panda, as a reminder to take care of myself.
When he asked me, "Kumain kana ba?" I realized that I hadn't slept or eaten properly for days. I couldn't bring myself to send the video because I was already crying that moment while eating.
Four months have passed, but the pain from that moment still lingers. The sacrifices still fresh, and felt so alone during that time at the hospital.
Uploading this to let you know, I am very thankful to you; this food meant a lot to me. That food was a lifeline in one of my darkest moments.
