I can get the recovery menu but it does not have a reset option. Any suggestions?

I have this tablet and fone a factory reset and a wipe it. It still asking for either a google account that this tablet was asdocited with or a draw it password. I dont know anything of this tablet. How can i completely reset to start it over!???

what happen when the option "Wipe Data/Factory reset" do not appears on the menu

I cant fully turn of or restart the tablet as it asks me for the password when trying to do so

I did all that just forbit to ask me for my pin again once i reset it

I did the same thing, then l forgot pin code, so l entered my google account and because l forgot it , I entered my phone number , name and family then it said that the code should come, but the code didn't come.Even I tried putting the sim card in another phone , but there was no code.What should I do?😢😢 Please help me😭
