When I do 5d stickers I tend to do a matt top coat, cure it, stick them on and then with a detailing brush I get my glossy coat and go around the stickers to seal them in. That way they don't look thick and bumpy and also you get your shiny nails

The white exclamation line/dot acts like your highlight line the darker colour your shadow, stunning set Aggie the mickey ghost is extremely cute

You can sharpen the nippers by cutting through layers of tin foil with them

Last year I did big time 5D snowflake nails with clusters of bling on some nails. I treated the stickers like the clusters and bling, I put the stickers on my top coat (cured to coat) then started the bling and clusters with my favorite gel gem glue. Curing some as I went especially clusters. Then I would brush on gem glue at the ends of the snowflakes or the whole “branch” of the snowflake depending. Not going overboard you know. That kept them from looking lumpy bumpy and didn’t ruin the 5D look of the stickers. They never came up! I wore those nails thru the whole holiday. 3 weeks I’m sure because I almost missed getting my New Year nails done. I think at the time I was using Makartt gem glue and that’s still my favorite, but I’m testing another gem glue that I’m going to be leaving a review for here in just a few days. Bought in a Etsy shop, cheaper than Makartt and you get double. Buy one you get two of them. I also should be testing the top coat too. 😮anyway that how I do my 5D stickers. If your not going to be using bling on the nails, make sure it’s a no wipe gem glue. You know how to carefully brush your no wipe glue on without it ruining the top of your nail? AGGIE I use 5d stickers all the time and able to top coat to secure them as well as them still be 5D After applying the stickers take a lint free wipe u can bunch it up like crinkle it and then use it like that or wrap it around the bottom of the brush and dab off the excess from the top of the stickers then cure they will then be sealed as well as still be 5D and textured hope this helps sweetie

I encapsulate mine with the born pretty clear so they are nice and smooth you can also get the the normal stickers in that design from Temu x

I am not a fan of Halloween but, your nail art is always on point.

Also, have you tried using one of the little flashlight 🔦 flash curing lights. I have one, but it also has a little rubber like stamper in the end. It allows you to push things like stamps and stickers! I do use gem gel, so while I’m pushing it down with the stamper like piece, it’s also curing the gem gel, so it’s stuck really good!

Love them, Aggie - I'm the same with the stickers, love the look but hate them peeling off so I topcoat, but then lose some of the effect. The set in my last video had a base coat and a double topcoat. BTW your outlines are perfect! ❤

Super cute - I had the same problem with my 5-D stickers and after dicking around and replacing them about 6 times. I finally ended up completely redoing (polish up) the nails that had them on this is how I did it and it worked though not as 5 D now but attached - I stuck them to my nails with gem gel glue (previously had the longest success with that) then took a thick clear plastic bag, you can also use two or three layers of the cling type wrap and held the sticker in place while doing a full cure. Then I put a thin nail polish layer of rubber base over the top and top coated. A week worTh of success

I've been patiently waiting for you to do some fall/Halloween/Xmas nails lol but as far as the 4D/5D decals...what if you put gem glue down first then gently place the stickers on top and cure them top coat around and against them? Just an idea and hope it helps! I'll give it a try as well and let ya know how it works and if it lasts more than a day lol glad to have ya back in swing of things!
