that's a good idea. i do see a doctor here. also, all the philosophy i read. listen and watch + the spiritual talks i enjoy do help tremendously. minus the porn and add some workouts, yoga and visualization i do feel much better. thank you, i will remember that for the right time. it is a great time to be alive with all that possibilities to connect around the world - even with therapists!

Hey man, I'm very sorry to hear about the situation with your wife, life sometimes brings some very unexpected turnts and sadly not always they are good ones. I would say for you both to try to make it up and to try and try until you could solve the problem you had, but I've already understood that you already have done that and in that case I hope that you both part ways in a calm matter even to try and not shock Marie a lot. In the other end I feel happy that you and Marie are having a great relationship together sometimes we need to look at the bright side of life as monthy python's always said, also happy to know that you didn't lose motivation to train and keep yourself strong. And just to end this long ass comment 😅 hoping that your celibacy journey goes well it's not easy but if you focus you'll always achieve tou goals and yeah I think that's it man good to know that you are alive and healthy and I'll be always looking forward to new videos of yours and If could just give you some Kind of a advise I would say that even if everything seems lost there will always be light in the little places and hope can always come to the surface once again, and I hope (even if my opinion really doesn't matter) that the love of both of you can come strong again, even if it seems lost, we only have one life so why don't try even more to make everything thing right, and now yes that's it, sorry once again for this big ass comment😅, Keep safe man.

long ass hahaha - i love that saying. the child in me gets good laughs from "big ass"/"long ass" and "butt load" of someting. haha no worries whatsoever! the kind and warm words you shared here did help. thank you for that kindness and passion. your words are fuel and strength for me. that is true. even when things look bad, its all for the best, there seems to be some greater reason and bigger picture too all the suffering we have. i feel that taking this celibacy challenge does not come from nowhere; and it brought upon me from somewhere i cannot understand with my 3D human brain. something in my perspective changed and feels much better engaged in that journy. i hope for me and for all my other brothers and sisters to take up those challenges and callings and learn from those experiences, because i am surly eager to learn for myself this time. feel right to do it now. cannot explain it better - just feels right. thank you !!
