Omg!! This called forth is many flashbacks!!My mom and I both love this show and watch it when ever we can. The reason why this episode is particularly special to me is because it was the first one we ever saw.that and it completely blew our minds.😄

TangerineTiger not necessarily, it's all about the heating process. if you heat the sugar to a lower temperature it'll stay softer than if you heated it to a high temperature. if that makes any sense at all.

IchiIchigo I'd want to grab hold if it viciously and sink my teeth into them. Whenever I eat soft-chewy type of gummies or soft candies, it makes my gums feel SoOOoOoO GOooOoD D; The soft candy looks like something I'd just go "OMMMMMMM...." and then melt with the candy.

I remember watching this video again and again as a kid (: I still find it pretty fascinating

I’m eating a jolly rancher right now. I felt compelled to look this up, it pleases me. They should release a limited edition jolly rancher with no food coloring so you don’t know which one you’re eating. Make 1/1000 bags all green apple to mess with people.

They honestly don't even have to make an episode on this, if you go to Lofty pursuits on KZread you can watch a bunch of videos just like this, they are relaxing and the candy making it great.

There is a smith candy shop where I live and one time me and my classmates took a feildtrip there to see how they were made. The best thing is that a miniature train rides around the shop.

If anyone is still interested in how hard candy is made after watching this video, then there's a channel called "Lofty Pursuits" about candy making. The process is more or less the same as what's in this video but they make a variety of candy on the channel and I think they're underrated.

I would love to try making her candy like that. But instead of a jumbo version, I would simply make it the size, how to size of a watermelon. And all the pieces can go together like a puzzle. And the best part about making my version of the hard candy is that is super easy and there are no crumbs to clean up.
