Since the HOA would not let me keep my Jet Ski on the side of my house I then put it my Drivway behind a park vehicle. Then they said I could not keep it there either. So I built this to be able to move it when I needed to put my cars in the garage to work on them. HOA's have too much power over us I think. It violated the US civil code section 18 subsection 242 to force me to do this.
