WOW! I have one of these tire changers from Harbor Freight and I haven't used it yet. I actually enjoy watching KZread videos that people have put together to explain how to use this device, so I have seen many of them; however, I've never seen one that detailed every aspect of ownership and use of these changers as well as you have done here. This video was THE MOST informative, efficient one I have ever seen. You are really good at this. No wasted words, no wasted time, this was jam packed with useful information and so well edited, demonstrated and produced that it made it very easy for a novice to understand. Camera work was excellent. I know I will learn a lot from you, so I am gladly liking and subscribing!

Thank you so much for the kind words! It's really nice hearing that and what and how we do videos and the effort is appreciated, pays off and convays what we are trying get out in the video without getting slow, repetitive or off track too much lol. We try to be to the point but our audience is anywhere from veteran mechanics to first time wrench holders and all between so it's tough to find a balance where the video appeals to most and everyone reguradless of experience hopefully takes something away from it! Again thanks for watching, taking the time for the thoughtful comment and the subscription!

Finally a video that's to the point. Just a suggestion, when installing second bead, l use a Vise grip C-clamp placed inside and outside so inside jaw guides bead into drop center, if using nice rims, l place rubber 90°spark plug boot over outside jaw to prevent marring. These manual machines are great 👍 take care

Thanks for watching and the comment and sharing your tips! Hearing you say finally to the point video", means a lot because I get the frustration of drag on videos that go off track and they drive me crazy. So we try not to go down that rabbit hole when possible lol. We plan on doing many more review videos and we also have a popular one on the mini changer. Thanks again

One of the first things I did was to make an "S" hook that goes in the slot where the lug hole pin is, to hold up the bead breaker arm out of the way while you're manipulating the tire.

I just ordered two bars from Ken-Tools vis Amazon. Fought with the front tire of my JD 1025R today using the mini changer from HF. I did not have two bars! The key to my success? Pushing down on the opposite side to get the tire in the shallow section of the rim. Just like you stated in the other video. Thanks!

Forget the dikes! Use the valve stem puller to just pull the old valve stem out (without a TPMS sensor). 9 times out of ten it snaps the bottom plug area right off. That's how we did it in the 70s with a Coats 20/20 machine.

Yes we do that some times too but some satisfaction from the "SNnap" of cutting them lol, we have a coats 20/20 we got this year lol. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!

Great tool. Nice mods. Tires can be nasty at times. And the small tires 8” and smaller seem to be the worst. Great video. Have a great day.
