Why does Allah in the Quran call Mary the sister of Aaron" Allah says in the Quran 19: 29 (Interpretation of the meaning) O sister of Aaron, thy father was not a wicked man, nor was thy mother an unchaste woman !' If they say "The brother of Arab" it does not mean literally that the person they are addressing is the son of somebody called Arab, it means he is from the tribe of Arabs, if they say "the brother of Tamim" it does not mean literally that the person they are addressing is the son of somebody called Tamim, it means he is from the tribe of Tamim. The Quran uses the words "BROTHER and SISTER" and it does not mean immediate brothers and sisters. Read and understand: Allah says in the Quran 7:38 (Interpretation of the meaning) [Allah] will say, "Enter among nations which had passed on before you of jinn and mankind into the Fire." Every time a nation enters, *it will curse its sister* until, when they have all overtaken one another therein, the last of them will say about the first of them "Our Lord, these had misled us, so give them a double punishment of the Fire. He will say, "For each is double, but you do not know." Allah says in the Quran 49:10 (Interpretation of the meaning) The believers are but brothers, so make a settlement between your brothers. And fear Allah that you may receive mercy. Allah uses the statement *it will curse its sister* and *believers are but brothers * Does this mean that nations are brothers from a father and a mother and all believers are brothers from a father and a mother? Be smart Brothers and Sisters here are brothers in belief and it is used in many verses in the Quran. Can we find this in the Bible? YES The Israelis used to call people by either their last names or by adding words such as you "Son of..." or "Brother of...." or "Sister of...." When they called people "O Son of...." they didn't mean for that person to be the actual biological son of the person whom they used his name. The other person could be a well-known person in the family tree or the tribe. and this is very clear in the Bible: Mark 10:47 When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out and say, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" Luke 18:38 And he called out, saying, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!" Also read Matthew 9:27, Luke 20:41, Matthew 20:30, Mark 12:35, … Jesus was called the Son of man 81 times in the New Testament. As you know Allah created Jesus without a father, does this mean Jesus is the son of a person named man? The Jews didn't mean to call Jesus the actual biological son of David. Similarly, when they called Mary "O sister of Aaron" God, I love learning, thanks for your question now it is my time to ask you and you must answer 🙂

All this is their reward while believers have their roots rooted in the knowledge of the Quran and Hadith, and have a predefined destination. They will meet their Lord in their afterlife with certainty and lead a happy joyous life.

Technically the early Muslims were freethinkers not stuck to the waterbed of Arab idolatry at the time. Also non conservative Muslims during golden age were free thinkers and not dogmatists. You need a balance.

Is this supposed to be a gotcha moment? Every religion has people who decide to leave. You’d hear the same from a priest of any other religion. The Harari people & language are dying and this is what you’re concerned about?

Thanks for your feedback. Correct, there are people who leave every religion. Within the Harari community, there is virtually no acknowledgement of the non-religious minority. This leaves these individuals to feel alone, unseen and out of place. Yes, comparatively, the Harari people are a small population. However, that does not mean the only issues the people should think about is how to increase the population and preservation of language. It's never the wrong time to talk about an issue, even if others may have a difference of opinion.
