good 2010 emulation but i dont think some of the stuff really got INFAMOUS enough to note when it came out until after 2010, like tf2 didnt get BIG until the uber update of 2011 and mightve still taken a couple updates to really thrive, and idk if it was in culture to celebrate specific types of windows updates. there wasnt like "linux is better, windows 11 update poopoo" people just thought "computer find cat video cool."
