I would definitely like more sewing projects. And ideas for making things with my Cricut Maker, especially embossing, engraving, and using wood. Tutorials on doing sublimation on fabric other than polyester would be welcome too. I have the Sawgrass 500 printer.

Happy New Year! I like a little bit of everything - sewing, embroidery, sublimation, quilting and Cricut hacks. I would like to see more sublimation on cotton. I've tried just about everything out there including the latest DTF process and can't get a successful print. I would also like to see more on screen printing using multiple colors. Thanks!

Would love to see more tutorials with the Brother Entrepreneur 1055x. I recently purchased one and would like to see some teaching on making a quilt with one. I am currently embroidering caps and shirts but want to delve into quilts. I first followed you with your teaching on the zipper bags out of the Pioneer Women placemats. I’ve come a long way since!

I'd like to see some more sublimation. I also do a lot with the Cricut, mostly paper crafting.

Cutting applique pieces on the cricut by creating svgs from paper patterns (even overlapping patterns in books -how to make svgs for cricut easily)

More appliqué and hooping and tension help

Lorrie, like so many comments, I love the way you teach! You kind of already do this as part of your tutorials, but please keep up the “thinking outside the box” when you provide different ideas for project uses. Perfect example is when you gave ideas for different applications for the wrist keychains. I don’t think I’d have considered using a small one as a zipper pull….but once you said it, I had an ah-ha moment and said clever 😊

I had hoped to use my cricut to cut out material for applique projects, but I find it difficult to cut material that has been interfaced with fusible web. I’d like to learn how to work with fabric.

Hi Lorrie. Glad to see you back. I wondered where you were. I don't know what cutting machine you have but I heard the cricut and silhouette can cut wood. I don't have a laser cutter nor can I afford more monetary responsibility right now. I have a sizzix eclipse2 cutter and a brand new starcraft solo cutter. They too can cut wood but I don't know what thicknesses. The alternative to wood is chipboard. Will any home cutter cut that? Other than that, I will watch whatever you want to share. Ty 😊

No, they are not. They have switched to a seasonal model, in which the boxes only come out 4 times per year, and $60 a box for the same number of items. They haven't contacted any of the subscribers yet, to tell them about the change. If you are a current subscriber, they said you aren't automatically switched over to the new model, so at least that's good...no extra large surprise charges. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of communication about the whole thing, and am not currently planning on reupping my subscription.
