Pretty sedate 4th here as well. I can relate to the river sounds. I have a Creek running right in front of the cabin at my house. 92 degrees here in Richmond,KY.

Not without a helmet and life vest. Not here. That river flows at more than 2000 cubic feet per second and that's after the spring run off. It has a pretty bad undertow as well.
