Yes, I was offered a happy ending on Soi 23 too. Soi 22 is another street to visit although you have to walk down the alleys. I would also say, be careful and only take the money that you need.

If they do, I will refuse . For different services , e,g. taking a bar girl to your room , this is even more the case . You will never be requested to pay upfront , unless the intentions are bad .
