Happy Birthday, Paynecars! 2021

Yesterday was my birthday of my friend, Paynecars. So I wish him to fight his fears and be calm and strong wild, healthy and positive. May the life be great for you!
So I was out of "compilation" ideas and decided to do some modding instead of just gameplays after a huge break. So here's 2 new relays some people may want back from 2018. I hope you like it!
Sorry I didn't bring all the updates to my version yet, you can see even old TVG and ROR icons, that's because I was using a half-broken (I forgot to swap fonts) Widescreen mod for this recording, which uses different UI folder than I usually use for my work (I'm working in default resolution because my old GPU can't handle Full HD normally), and, of course, because I didn't do modding for a long long time. I really hope to add all the updates to my personal version and continue producing videos really soon!
Also sorry for the mistakes, I didn't speak English for more than a half year :)

I really appreciate all of your efforts, especially for the High Octane/Superdrive (Super Octane), because without you it probably wouldn't even exist. And it's a pleasure to work on the mod along with you, seeing people getting happy about it is also one of the best things in modding. Happy Late Birthday Payne Also Vladimir, i’ve read the description and saw that your computer is having problems when playing in the HD res, i think it’ll be better if you just do your modding video’s in the default 4:3 resolution for less trouble having to switch the resolutions
