Forza Horizon series is 10 years old, the OG Forza Motorsport series debuted in 2005 I believe

Honestly, I was 100% expecting to be greeted by the OG outro. But this trip down memory lane was something special

I was 7 when FH1 came out, now I'm 17 still playing it to this day.

FH2 was when I first saw this channel. It was possibly with this venno video. 8 years later it’s great to have those memories of spending all night playing FH2. Miss those days so much.

The Gumpert Apollo is extremely important to me because it got me into cars. It was one of the first cars I ever had a poster of. I remember seeing it and buying it at the book fair. What I loved is how badass it looked speeding away from a tornado(yes that was the design, it was a green apollo speeding away from a tornado on the highway). Most people had Ferraris or Lambos as their poster cars but mine was a Gumpert Apollo.

Happy birthday, Horizon!! I have been driving here for that period and have had tons of memories, long ago and recent alike. When Horizon first came out, I was already a fan of Forza Motorsport 4, and I was excited to see how it would be managed in an open world twist. Nowadays, Forza Horizon is pretty much the series that comes to mind when I hear the term “open world racer”. Playground Games has never disappointed, nor will they ever. Here’s to this series continuing far over the horizon! 🥂

Been playing since the first game and Horizon has been my favourite Racing game franchise ever since :)

when the horizon 2 song came on during the FH5 mission tears were rolling down my face

I also like the Apollo S in Forza Horizon 1 because of the Straight cut gear noise when driving in first person view.

Even though I've moved on from Forza, I still come back to Nick every once in a while.

Happy birthday Horizon! I really enjoyed playing Horizon 1-2 on my 360 and it still brings me a lot of good times. It’s something I would play all day instead of A9 on Switch, since the current update on it has bugs and there’s too much events going on. It feels like a job but I’ll try to get a series. X/S so I can join in what I missed out. Can’t wait for another 10 years.

The glowing bugatti brings me back. I was 10 or 11 and kept getting ban cause I didn’t know those designs were not allowed in the game and I got banned for 20 years and my ban runs out in 2035. I got them to allow to play online but everything else is still unavailable for me.
