@@sethbagalman3819 I asked Nathan on IG if he was going to be back on the podcast and he replied “I’ll just make my own if people are willing to listen”. I interpreted that as he will no longer be going on the podcast. I also asked Fouad on IG but he never responded, so I am assuming that they aren’t as “cool” as Fouad is making it seem.

Great show Fouad, Iain, James, and Roman. Really cool hearing about the sponsorship/income side and career changing moments or influences. Fouad, love how you always pay tribute to people like John Meadows. They are very rare people. This podcast has definitely reinvigorated my interest in the sport and introduced me to a lot of great characters (e.g., Iain, James, Ben, Justin, Roman, Brett). My first watch of the podcast was Luke Sandow's interview (before named BB&B), I was hooked from then onwards. The loss of Luke was really shocking/sad, but the people around him, and you Fouad, have seen the podcast go from strength to strength, and make the sport more interesting and exciting. 👍👏

I know we've had brief conversations but to remind I'm a bodybuilder that works in a Sleep Apnea Diagnostic Lab. I'd love to come on show and talk about sleep apnea with those in our sport. So you know, falling asleep while driving is one of many warning signs of sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is not just with obese individuals, it affects infants to the elderly. I'm glad you use a PAP machine (there are different ones) because they can and will save your life, as well give you longevity. I love you all and wish you nothing but success! i legit used to drive drowsy way too often as well. luckily never had any accidents. however, i'm so glad i found this podcast because it's the only thing that keeps me up and now i pretty much never get drowsy. multiple 4-5 hour drives with no problem at all.
