"And its causes" Sometimes you can read something a thousand times and then a short phrase really sinks in. Happiness does not always have to be an accident.
Thank you. I have been lucky to be naturally introspective. But I am so amazed at how sneaky my mind can be. I see exploration as a bit of game .
