I've been getting a lot of surgery and stuff, but I'm used to them now 😀, I'm getting one at the end of August, And my birthday is in August 12 but this week next week? I think I understand what you mean. That happens to me too, people are telling me how they feel, they tell me about their sad stories. I try to help them the best I can, but I know that it’s not the same…. I wish I could truly help them by being there for them….like in real! Because even if I try my best to “listen” to those people it’s not like I was there in person. So I kinda feel like it’s nothing even if they tell me that it means a lot. It can mean a lot, but it can’t help that much and that hurts me to that I can’t do anything to help this time…. I love helping others in real life, and I do help others, so it’s hard to accept that I can’t do anything this time… You made an amazing work it’s beautiful 💫💕 I think I can understand you in a way💖

I have had horrible feelings lately, being so ashamed to show them to my friends makes me feel awkward. They see me as the happy, cheerful one. Whenever they argue I feel as it’s because of me. I have breakdowns sometimes, constantly wishing I was how I was when I was younger. I’ve learned to be myself now, but it still comes back time to time. I try to be happy so my friends don’t go through what I went through, feeling alone. I’m losing my childhood best friend and can’t stop thinking about her. I just want things to be normal again.

I can understand how hard it might be to talk to others about what you're feeling. Just know that you're not alone in this world and can't do everything alone. It doesn't matter in what context but just try to find ways where you can be comfortable to vent, like what you did just now (an online message/friend). Not being able to talk about it has also a big impact on your health, you don't have to tell them everything. Just try to find ways you're comfortable with.

Omg this is so adorable! I love the unique message and how it’s a beautiful way to represent a serious topic! I know it can be hard to tackle with people with slow self esteem and bad mental health, and that sometimes it can feel no one’s listening. Make sure not to get too worked up or stressed about other people’s mental health and check in with yours once in a while! Because you matter too! ❤️
