Hapkido's wrist and ankle locks. Old.
I took some parts of a VERY long, very old, apparently pre UFC 1/BJJ era Hapkido instructional covering a bunch of things from white to black belt.
Their curriculum is very extensive and has a bit of everything but here i got only some of the wrist and ankle locks i believe could work in a real fight, with some adjustments. To be fair and with all due respect to hapkido practitioners, you can find refined techniques in today's BJJ, but it is good to compare them for educational purposes. I actually think hapkido must have evolved since.

Master han,s book on hapkido was my 1st book on hapkido, I recently ordered it from Amazon it is actually a new version put out by warrener entertainment, and yes I do train from it, I while a go I heard that master had passed on, and I recently lost both my parents, I just can't understand why we have to lose such wonderful people, rest in peace mom and dad, and rest in peace master han. Love 😍 always.

Master Han always made these move look so easy. Even by todays standards these is a highly well made instruction series. Respect. Please practice carefully and slowly

Excellent training video. Some really interesting variations on techniques still taught in New Zealand. And as per the previous comment, a very well made instructional video.
Thank you, your class reminds me of my sensei from Cuba, Excellent
