I struggled for a long time too because I just can’t get pass the fear of poking my eyes 💀 A tip is to get a friend or someone who’s an expert in putting on contact lenses to get you started

its really easy but its also really dangerous :/ i got an eye infection from a ttdeye contact and i was stupid to buy them without talking to my optometrist but always check with them first or something will go wrong soo
