Drinking your urine is very healthy - unless it's full of pharmaceuticals - and has been done for ages by yogis. Doctors also used to taste the urine of patients as a diagnostic method. The military has advised soldiers to do it if trapped behind enemy lines with no access to water. Unlike shit, urine is not toxic, as it has been fully digested and processed through through the liver. That first sip is difficult because we have a mental block due to the association of urine with bums and dirty bathrooms. But you get used to it and it's not so bad. Although it is acidic in odor it has a very strong mineral taste. One funny consequence of drinking urine is that sometimes your shit will have a urine odor. ...and one more thing: don't expect western doctors, pharma companies, and their servants in government agencies to tell you the truth about this. They're too arrogant and greedy.
