I don't think she understood the "sugar in the tank" reference. Not the best interview, but I think it's because she either shy, reserved or just not entirely comfortable or familiar with the "interview process" I Sense Xay thought so to, when he asked "do you do interviews" She's seem really "Midwestern" (If Ohio is considered Midwest) Really cute and librarian like look. Still enjoyed the interview.
