Ok, I just googled it and saw that Joel Kinnaman isn't going to be in Altered Carbon season 2. Which is a shame.

Loved this show so much, the acting and pacing was great, also loved that a lot happened in my home town Berlin and that they used popular German actors - I got really homesick watching this. Great review Ron.

You are the best , when it comes to reviewing series

5:48 that probably like a 3-5 minutes sequence in a 8 hour show , appreciate that you got that deep for the nitpicking part

i loved the movie back in the day,, specially the soundtrack. ive been wondering about this show for awhile, but sounds good so im gonna check it out during this holiday! thanx!

Hanna in the movie was more of a methodical thinker. It was still a good show. I could have done without the Jason Borne ripoff. I am however thankfull there weren't any lightsabers involved.

Its been a while. But I seen the show. the last fight scene was kinda less impactful than some others. But it was a show with a good characterizations. And I didn’t like one of the subplots.overrall worth my time.

Oh no! He isn't! I just googled it and saw they have a different guy for season 2. Well that sucks.

I think the fight scenes were a little wack at the ending of the season. Hannahs feat in the military compound at the beginning was impressive and entirely plausible. Still, then, later on, she's just seen destroying trained military personal who knows full well of her presence, and even technically have her cornered, end up losing horribly. Seriously, who throws a punch with the hand holding the gun. The show got lazy at the end like the writers just said 'fuck it, PLOT ARMOR.' Now on the plot armor, there are a few characters here that refuse to die, or better, they should've/would've been killed in a realistic setting. There was one character who just slowly drifted off into that good night, even though they've remained nearly completely uncatchable through the season. That reminds me, even though they spent ages in the forest honing their skills, reflexes, combat prowess, and instincts, they still can't avoid a trap that's laid out for them. It's like they got progressively dumber as time went on. There probably a reasonable explanation for the last part, but I just had to say something about it.

Hanna series is 10 times better than the movie. The girl who played the Hanna character in the series wonderfully played the character. Full credit to her how she played the character with 2 different shades.
