Mr. House is probably dead at this point, let's be honest. So who is in charge of New Vegas during the Fallout TV Show? I think the answer is pretty obvious ;)
Hank McLean, after arriving in New Vegas, visits the Lucky 38 seemingly with the intent to speak with Mr. House. But it seems that New Vegas has a new head honcho, one who will decide the canon ending to Fallout: New Vegas.

Mr. Howard wanted me to upgrade Fallout 4, so he can continue ruling over the Strip. I had to use the Platinum Chip to upgrade Fallout 4 to its next gen potential. All was good for a while until I met this friendly robot. He said why don’t I just keep the Platinum Chip for myself. I realized the Platinum Chip was actually the New Vegas PS3 Greatest Hits Disc. So I decided to play some New Vegas on my old PS3. All of a sudden the quest “No Todds, No Modders” popped up and my current quest “The Howard Always Wins” immediately failed. What just happened guys did I make the right choice I don’t understand Bethesda games

I bet that in Season 2 Hank comes into the Lucky 38, meets House on the Monitor, and people lose their shit and scream about retconns and other bs for hours and days, only for the last to second-to-last episode to reveal that Hank was only obeying the image of Mr. House, who has been dead for years, and that his projected voice and image on the monitor was in reality being controlled by No-Bark or something.

After Nobark reveals Hank’s true form in the finale of Fallout season 2, the fans finally rejoice. This historical scene will unite the entire Fallout community, and will usher in a new era. Also, don’t forget to read this in Ron Perlman’s voice while at the same time imagining the music that plays during the ending slide.

I believe you're missing one more man should join in with the Oracle who's collecting every hero and I believe this is the man that should join in as well Master Chief with his military experience he will be a good help in this adventure with the rest of the crew the Oracle is gathering
