Going through major anxiety episodes, it was so relatable to see you randomly crying out of nowhere! If only taking our own life was allowed, I would never let happen past two years in my life, like it’s really hard to breath even, the only thing that keeps me going is the fact that humans are mortal, so finally I would die someday and won’t have to live anymore! Some days I don't feel okay and I feel surprised that somehow I'm still here and some days I feel okay and start to question what I felt and whether it was real. My life's one big loop that circles around the two, going back and forth and back and forth. It probably makes sense to other people that one person who knows what it's like can comfort another person who knows what it's like but to me it feels almost impossible because how would I give hope to anyone when I don't have any myself. But there are some rare days, some very rare days, where I feel like it's important to remind myself that the life is much bigger than what I've had so far and it CAN change and maybe, just maybe, it might get better if I've held on for long enough. And this is my way of extending that reminder to you I guess. Something about your comment clicked with me, I almost didn't question whether it's just another comment or truly what it says (Internet makes you question everything), it simply felt honest. And it almost felt necessary to write one in return even though I usually try not to (like I said, if I don't believe it myself then it feels like I'm lying which is much worse). I hope you (we) feel okay some day soon and find reasons to continue to live that don't involve waiting for the end to come. We deserve at least that much.

as a psych student , feeling low and anxious is very natural which everyone goes thru so it wont be considered as a mental health issue until it starts to really effect your daily routine life but sheema by what u have mentioned i believe you should really seek help as you've been dealing it for two years and any mental illness takes up atleast two years or more than that to be diagnosed.شيمأ@
