it was such a relief that they interacted with Seungkwan and Mingyu just as much as Joshua and Vernon despite the language barrier. many english interviewers only acknowledge the idols who speak english and ignore the rest of the group, but it was clear here that all four members were engaged and excited to talk

I agree! I think part of the reason why is because the guys also speak french. You learn how to interact with people despite language barrier when you speak more than one language. :)

It may be because they have done reactions to kpop interviews/ clips and feel the same way we do when members are almost excluded in conversation/questions due to the host/mc's language barrier with one or more members. I think this interview is awesome, I watch so many of there reactions to different kpop groups and song, I'm so happy to see them actually be able to sit down with a group and have an interview. It was so fun and positive and respectful. Makes me happy :)

What's interesting about this interview is that we can clearly see they are a big fan of svt. But despite being fans, they didn't treat them like some god or outsider. They created this chill vibe around for them to be comfortable and relax and you can actually see how Mingyu got so attentive and responsive by the end. Also never saw Vernon talk ao much in an interview before. Great video!!

Joshua has never hidden his beliefs though, he's been open about it from the start. He was even known in the fandom as Jisoos Christ in their debut eras cause he's very religious (it became kind of a meme). I don't think religion is too big of a deal in Korea, unless you're part of a cult (which Shua isn't)

This is just how everyone should interact with idols 😩 the respect and not asking “personal uncomfortable” questions having fun laughing around. Amazing

Yes seventeen is so humble. I love them so much. All members are insanely talented and funny yet so so humble srsly. Woozi even mentioned that they made music not to follow the trend but to express their feelings, to make people happy and become comfort to others. We can see their passion and sincerity from the lyrics especially from songs like hug, kidult, together, all my love, thanks etc. They even made special birthday song for carats anniversary on 14feb :'

Joshua..is such a tease...and the fact that Seventeen does not try to be fake..they are so real with everyone...I proud to be a carat

i think mingyu likes this vibe of like just talking and like his free time, because it's not like other interviews where they prepare answers beforehand because there are scripted questions, but in here maybe even if they do have scripted questions it doesn't show since it's like a go with the flow if they talk about certain topics it just goes on and on just like friends catching up with each other. i love it.

Hugs for everyone, especially you Hawa! I remember when he came to Indonésia (it's on svt's vlog), he visited a park and saw a group was playing volleyball. Then somehow he got to play together with them, join them and having fun together even with the language barrier. He really is a social butterfly I'm crying😭

I don’t usually comment on KZread but I’m new to Kpop and I’ve been looking for artists to listen to. This interview made fall in love both Seventeen and the interviewers. The vibes were amazing! I’m definitely subscribing and checking out Seventeen’s music!

this interview is just like so comfortable to watch, like they’re talking like a friends who known each other for so long esp, seventeen to fo squad. i’d just love the way they’re laughing and talking to each other. they’re just having fun on the interview. no formalities, no ackward moments, just them being themselves. regards to fo squad kpop, thank you for inviting seventeen on your show, you guys really made my boys laughed so hard ^^ (apologies for my bad english lol)

I swear this interview doesn’t even feel like an interview 😂. This just feels like a nice catching up video with friends. The way Fo Squad tried their best to make them feel comfortable and welcomed is so enjoyable. It’s so nice to see them take a break from the repetitive and boring interviews and do something that they actually enjoy doing like this. You can obviously see they’re genuinely having a good time and laughing so much it’s so adorable to watch. This was such a fun video to watch and I definitely don’t think it’ll be my last time watching it. I mean like come on in which other interview have you seen them being asked “can you outrun an ostrich” 😂. I just love the interactions in this video overall. Both Seventeen and Fo Squad making each other laugh and having random conversations is the best content out there.

Honestly when Joshua spoke how hard every artist works, it hit so hard. Just because a band is popular it doesn’t mean they no more undergo struggles and also it doesn’t mean they never underwent struggles. Even those who are working to hit the hall of fame are struggling. At the EOD every artist is working hard.
