I kind of think what Handong said was kind of true. No ,I don't think she hates her members(Dreamcatcher), but I think we can all see that she wants more lines. I think she came in this show for more exposure (obviously),but I also think she wants to make happyface realise that she can have more lines.

i agree too, but she was starting to get more lines, even Gahyeon was getting more lines now too. I"m sure the ultimate goal was to get her more lines in DC. But never the less, the song they perfromed here didn't really bring out Handong's vocals like how she can come out with DC. She has more talent than this show has showcased for her so far. I only hope the best for her, cus even tho she had very little lines in DC, she was still noticed and missed by InSomnias, compared to how little screen time she gots on this show. i still remember how all the fans was screaming just seeign someone bring a cut out of Handong on stage during they concert tour here in the US. Thats how much of an impact she has, even with them little lines she gots.

@@kheatshadows if we're talking about titles, Deja Vu is the only comeback where here voice really shined and even there - she doesn't have that much lines + this song was the last one before coming to the show zso it seemed like a move from dcc to make her stay in the group after the competition or shine one last time in case she debuts on qcyn. As for Gahyeon she's getting more lines because rap parts are not assigned to her and also because new songs are divided by 6 people - not 7. Moral of the story - Handong needs more lines. And more screen time on this show.

I think somehow it is just because Handong's voice didn't shine in DC's hard rock or metal concept back when just debut since rock needs more powerful and firm voice which may not match Handong (her voice is great in softer songs), so in terms of production Handong just ended up with one or two lines even her fans, her members and herself wanted her to sing more. But I see the possibility of her having more lines along with the current development of DC which doesn't only focus in hard rock or metal but with more alternatives and varieties involving. We also did see how she stood out in Deja Vu period and that's the proof. So I think Handong can definitely fulfill her wish after going back to DC!!! Handong fighting!!

The fact that Lisa could easily talk to Handong in Korean but spoke in English is fascinating

they didnt allowed to speak in korean due to there are have some factor like it may confuse the viewer, need some cost to translate it, kpop is banned at china (that why all kpop song is translated in china version) etc

I hope Handong could build her confidence here and make DC stands out more. She's an excellent vocalist just like other members. No one is overshadowed in DC cause they complement each other. We've 7 excellent vocalists, dancers, all rounded members in DC! Be proud Handong!

I have a feeling that Handong won't make it to the finals. Not that she's bad or anything, it's because the judges know she's having somewhat successful career already with a group, they won't let her be in another one even though it's temporary.

Listening to 1:16 part is really heartbreaking, to the point that she said that she did not get many parts, I think that when she came back happy face should give her the parts that she deserves in the next comeback Love Dongie💓💓

I think she is being overshadowed by four powerhouse vocalists of Dreamcatcher (Main Vocal Siyeon, Lead Vocal JiU, Lead Vocal Yoohyeon, Vocalist SuA). That's why she's not getting the spotlight and exposure she deserved.

@@morrischristiansalvador7457 i can imagine that happyface is reluctant to pull lines away from the Minx girls given what they've been through (excluding Dami since she's a rapper) but everyone and their mother fell for Handong's voice after Deja Vu. She gets a ton of lines on ballads but she deserves her fair share on title tracks as well. Hopefully this will give Happyface the kick in the ass they need to give Handong her damn lines.

@@morrischristiansalvador7457 This is exactly it. Most people don't seem to understand this. Minx members and Gahyeon have years ahead of Handong in terms of training and experience. Counting Sua's trainee days in HFE and Minx era, she basically has a decade's worth of training. Gahyeon trained in HFE for six months, but she was training in FNC before. Handong trained for only six months. Six months. Not to mention, she's Chinese, so initially, she had difficulty in singing foreign lyrics. She has said in the past that she doesn't want many lines because she might forget them on stage. As much as I appreciate Handong's voice, she's a sub vocal. Her group is full of vocal powerhouses and have been trained extensively. Handong (for a lack of better word) still lacks experience. Some foreign idols in other groups don't even get lines at all, so Handong is actually treated better than the others. She also gets to shine in Dreamcatcher's ballads. But she probably thinks it's time that HFE/Leez and Ollounder give her a chance for more lines, and with that, I agree. Her part in Deja Vu got plenty of love.

i love Handong sm but yes, it is a fact that she lacks confidence, not skills. she went there so that she can improve her skills but i think that all she can improve is her confidence bcs she already has the skills, and the only way to improve her confidence is voting for her so that she feels appreciated and loved and realizes that she is talented,, so do has the rest of the dc members said and vote for her so that happyface realizes that she's better than what they think and give her what she really deserves in the future

Guys let's hype of Handong! That is the only flaw that there is concerning this group and company. She has sacrificed so much becoming an idol out of her country, yet going back while the group had world tours and released a full album. All for our's sake. It's obvious that she's the least popular member since everyone talks about sua's sexyness, jiu's stare, siyeon's vocals, dami's swag, gahyeon's visuals, and yoohyeon's vocals. Aside from everyone missing Handong, it was tough realizing that there is nothing specific Handong has, but it's the truth unfortunately. (Except for her iconic "and now I'm holding this pain" part in deja vu of course) Let's prove everyone wrong by voting for her on idol producer and showing her how much we love her! P.s. her birthday is in three days

For me she's like a dark fairy dancer, I can't describe how beautiful her dancing is and none in DC can surpass her in elongated, elegant and beautiful movements. That's her charm, she's so precious uwu♡ (all of them are but yeah, let's send more love to DongDong now, it's important 💕)

댓글들 너무 과열된 감이 없지 않은데 일단 심사위원들이 얼마나 대단한 분인지는 잘 모릅니다 차이쉬쿤과 리사를 제외하면요. 차이쉬쿤은 중국판 프로듀스101 남자편에서 1등을 한, 그룹 나인퍼센트의 센터를 맡고 있는 사람이죠 리사는 전 세계적으로 인기있는 k-pop 장르의 아이돌 중에서도 블랙핑크라는, 수많은 팬을 가진 걸그룹의 멤버로 활동하고 있어요 이 두명만으로도 충분히 연습생들을 평가할 정도의 실력과 기본기는 가졌다고 봅니다 물론 우리 듴 실력 좋은 건 맞아요 그래도 동이는 저 프로그램에 나간 이상, 적어도 청춘유니2라는 프로그램에서는 드림캐쳐의 한동이 아닌, 연습생 한동으로 보아야 한다고 생각해요 누가 누굴 평가하네 마네 할 게 아니라 그 동안의 개개인들의 노하우를 받아서 한동만의, 드림캐쳐만의 기술들을 많이 배워오는 편이 더 좋지 않을까 라고 생각해요 그러니까 타돌 좀 까지마요 제발

handong and gahyeon were added to the team to rebirth it as dreamcatcher but sadly handong isn't given enough justice with her lines she only gets them in some of the b-sides but that's not enough to show her charms. i watched them perform live last year when they performed unit songs, she got more lines and her voice really resonates with me that deep calming voice has its own charm. i hope that happyface will hear her out and give her more opportunities to show her potentials she's not only a great singer but a great dancer as well (she won't be dreamcatcher if she isn't) handong, fighting!

They even have similar voices imo and are both great dancers. But what's crazy is that Mei has gotten decent lines in Wjsn's songs even with them having 13 members, while Handong is just recently getting a decent ammount to sing.

Lol this is fantastic becausd you get to see her in action. Lovelyz day1 fans had to wait almost a year to see Jisoo on stage. I won't even get into other idols like Oh my girl's JinE or Dia's Eunjin

I want to say thank you for this video I can't wait for another video 🌹

i was just having a dreamcatvher marathon a few days ago and a lot of new fans came from her participation in the show!!

I only became a insomnia after listening to scream. I heard their other title songs subsequently and gotta say handong has a unique and beautiful voice.

Listen to their b sides on previous albums, like Alone In The City, The End of Nightmare and Raid of Dream if you want to hear Handong's vocals a lot more. :) Especially songs like Polaris, Daydream, July 7th, Wonderland and Curse of The Spider. She also has a special clip called 'Dreamcatcher Handong Proof of Heartbeat - Ost Fall in Love at First Kiss.' :) She sings in English, Korean and Chinese. :D

1:09 kinda sad, but its true thoo 😢 I have mixed feelings about handong being in this competition tbh, i want her to shine more than ever through this show but i really miss her being with her team members 😭

I think perhaps, just perhaps, the reason they gave her C is because Handong said she wanted to improve, but they think she is still not confident enough. I guessed they wanted to tell her that she had the ability to get A (or at least B), but she need to truly understand what potential she had and should not be afraid to show it.

I hope Handong can get more screen time! i cant wait to see her next performance!

Tbh, Handong is not lacking in her singing or dancing. I believe the problem is her confidence. I guess it's because she debuted when she just began to adjust herself in Korea and she might feel uncomfortable and not that confident. I hope this show will boost her confidence and she came back with a huge smile of successful ! At least that what i was thinking, don't hate me.

She improved a lot as we can hear and see in their latest album she also got a pretty good lines ......... LET'S STREAM HARD and GET THAT 1ST WIN THEY DESERVE

@@7dream_DREAMs Oh that was correct? Subtitles another place said that Blackpink met Dreamcatcher but Hnadong wasn't with them.

one question did happy face send her over there or did she ask to go as I can't see why she got c and the judge asking her about dreamcatcher and how she sing in so many countries with her group I think that the judge should see dreamcatchers MVs more and for Handong to be a trainee for so many years before there debut as minx then become dreamcatcher

john franklin I’m not sure but from this interaction I feel like Handong asked to participate or was at least very supportive of it. Also I agree she could’ve ranked higher I think she will in future episodes. Handong had the shortest training period of all of Dreamcatcher though. She was not in Minx and only started training a few months before debut (about 2 months if what I read before was correct) so it makes sense that she’d want more training now ...

I'm sad too that Handong didn't have that much line on their MV as a vocalist of Dreamcatcher, but I love her❤

Sometimes I come back to this and realize. That Handong was prob sent to 1. Increase the popularity of herself as an individual member which honestly isn't a bad thing bc it benefits the name of the group. But also another part of me theorizes that when companies especially show in China reaches out to Korean ents to sent their trainee/already debuted artist to the show. Their hands are somewhat tied. Bc thinking about it in a business way promoting in China is hard with the political aspect already limiting things. Having an artist go over and promote through a show or for some time expands the name, but also if the Kor ent would reject the offer obviously it would be 10 times harder to promote in the future. And might cause tension with the artist and their family if they reside in China. Lmao also this show is like Produce every show like this is semi-rigged whether you deny it or not. They are all there for business it's about the money and fame that's the entire game. Well, I'm going back to binge-watching Dreamcatcher but yeah that's my theory.

Reading all these comments makes me even sadder 😭 She deserves so much and when she said she doesn't get more lines i feel Like.. I wanna do something for this girl ,to give what she deserves but who AM i.. 😑 I will support her and DC no matter what ❤❤❤
