Un-called for, the fact Devin ran right off the stage after that shove shows a lot about who he really is.
Those sudden hard pushes can actually damage the guy getting shoved, especially given that they recently dehydrated themselves for the weigh-ins, and it's worse when the receiver is caught unaware like in this case. Smart move by haney given that most people in the audience and commission don't even understand how damaging it is and just laugh like morons, so it's a freebie, but this should really be prohibited at some point in the future.

Those kind of sudden hard pushes should be punishable. It's been proven before especially if the unexpected fighter is relaxed and unaware of the incoming assault(yes it is and basically a cheap shot) can potentially injure his neck, collar bone or shoulder joints. Those who would stay otherwise never got shoved really hard expectedly. Haney could of possibly compromise the fight smh

You’re not lying. A year or two ago UFC fighter Drakkar Klose was pushed by his opponent Jeremy Stephens (aka the ‘who the f is that guy’ guy) and got injured from it, and the fight was cancelled
