Hanes Woolf plot
Hanes Woolf plot is a plot widely used to study enzyme kinetics. The Hanes Woolf Equation is derived by rearranging the Michaelis Menten equation and plotting a graph of S/Vo vs S. The intercept of Y axis becomes Km/Vmax, the slope of the graph is 1/Vmax and the intercept of X axis is -Km.

Your vmax accent sounds good🤣
Thanks for this 👏
very usefull.tnx alot
Very useful
Thanks a lot
You the best bro🤗
thank you for this!
X should be Km and slope is -v/ (S)
How will you say -km can you explain

Since km is basically the substrate concentration at which an enz reaches its v max you can write -km on the negetive x axis

km is substrate concentration when vmax is half would better explain km
Isn't this called L-B plot?

No matter which plot you use it is the interpretation of the data which you are plotting.. By modifying the Michael menten equation... This is hanes plot
This is Indian and you
