wanna ask does @3:46 only means the JR pass for whole japan region or it is including some jr east pass too. Planning to arrive at haneda airport at purchase a tokyo wide pass using my card on site.

Hello. I have a question. I will have international flight at terminal 3 and layover for 10hours, if I want to go to terminal 1 from terminal 3 for the First cabin hotel to stay overnight there. Do I need to go through the customs? Thank you.

I have a connecting flight , arrived at Terminal 3 Haneda and next flight to Hiroshima at Terminal 2 . Do We need to clear immigration and take the luggage first and carry with us than go to Terminal 2 for check in , or any transfer Desk after arrival at Terminal 3 and check in there , so We don't need to carry and drag our luggage again far away .

Retrieve your checked baggage and re-check your baggage at the domestic transfer counter.
After passing through the domestic security checkpoint, proceed to Terminal 2 by transfer bus. For details, please ask the airline you are traveling with.

Any day room recommendation within haneda airport? 6-8 hours perhaps.

"counter" do you mean the international check-in counter? Or do you mean the domestic flight transfer counter? International check-in counters are open until 60 minutes before the last flight departure. The domestic transfer counter in Terminal 3 is open until 19:45 for JAL and 19:00 for ANA. Please ask the airline you are flying with for details, as it depends on the flight.

You can purchase your tickets at the bus ticket counter or bus ticket vending machines located in the arrival lobby on the second floor. Some limousine buses bound for Chiba Chuo Station will stop at Hotel Springs Makuhari. Please check the hotel's website for details. springs.co.jp/english/access/
