    Loving this could hold a HS but need to work on my shoulder flection to get a better stacking

    Yeah passive hang daily and add the thoracic one over the roller. You will notice the difference quickly

    @@PaulTwyman thanks I always warm up with dead hang and Shugs will incorporate the roller and the other exercise

    Is there a relationship between the supine bodyline drill to the heel pull, and the prone bodyline drill to the toe pull? I understand that the bodyline drill in general is to reinforce that straight body position, but never really understood beyond that.... Should the heel pull feel like the supine drill and the toe pull feel like the prone drill?

    Not really, they should all help each other. It’s about making your body one segment, like a stick. So the work we do at the hands gets the message to the feet, making balance easier to control. Most people will constantly break at the hips and shoulders, so the conditioning line drills will help conditioning the body into one piece

    Trying the wall drills. Chest to wall holds, kick up entries and then heel pull and toe pulls. Hope that helps
