Hands-on with the new Bremont Terra Nova and Supermarine Watches inside the Boutique!
Rob films inside the Bremont Boutique at St Ann's Square Manchester for sneak peaks at the new Terra Nova 42.5 Chronograph, the Terra Nova 40.5 Turning Bezel Power Reserve, the Terra Nova 40.5 No Date, the Terra Nova 38, and the new Supermarine range wrist watches. We also talk about the history of Bremont, how the brand name originated, and the new CEO and controversial new design language including the Wayfinder logo.

Nice episode, Rob. I particularly like the bracelet on these new models!
Very nice, so glad they updated the line and looking forward to buy one if the new models.
I like them. The simple date and time only with green dial is really nice, but the 38mm field watch would fit me better, and it looks good too. Good Video Rob.
Hi Rob. Have to admit, I preferred the previous logo.

I like them both!
I'm drawn to the new Terra Nova, despite how polarizing it is. People love to hate it and that makes me even more drawn to it! The finishing looks excellent and it's a unique design that no one else is doing. The popular thing in the watch community right now is to bash the new direction of the brand, while many probably have never held one of these in hand. I enjoyed the video!

I agree with you 100%. Some folks in the watch community can be unreasonably unforgiving. Thanks for watching!
As a non Bremont fan, the Terra Nova looks incredible. The supermarine... not so much. I think Davide succeeded with creating products that will attract new consumers such as myself.
Always available at a discount… new CEO and the Brothers lost in the background….. I’d place my money somewhere else …
How British is a watch when the movement is Swiss? It surprises me that nobody in the UK can produce a movement... Cameron Weiss (Nashville, Tennessee) proves it can be done with only a few machines.

Fair criticism, for sure. For better or worse, having a Swiss movement is perceived as a good thing.

@@RobtheAmerican Yes, but the same can be said about the watch case, the dial, the hands... having those things "Swiss Made" is also "perceived as a good thing" ;-) At the end of the day, one has to define "British Made"... Applying the same rules as for "Swiss Made" would be a good starting point.

Isn't Weiss based out of Tennessee after moving from Los Angeles?

@@emphasis20 Yes, he started in LA but he's now based in Nashville and that's indeed in Tennessee (TN) and not Texas, I will edit my first post. Thanks!
If you are paying that money.. by an Omega.

Also a good choice!
They shouldn't of sold out
My heart goes out to the poor 💩 turds that invested in the previous Bremont design now they are just as valuable as the English brothers start up story. They will go nowhere better off with a Christopher Ward if you are into that type of thing.
Bremont was always a joke brand to me. Made up provanence.

No doubt, some folks are wary of Bremont, but in spite of that, they offer some interesting pieces, imo.
Not my cup of tea

So you are telling the world you don't like well made, good looking watches. Why?

@@bigmacdaddy1234 the rebranding is poor, they now look like any other microbrand watch. Putting Sellita movements in their Terra Nova watches does nothing to justify the price. I could pick up a Tudor with a higher-end Kenissi movement for the same or lower price. Their old Triptick case at least was unique, now they have a generic cushion case. Any Longines competes with the offerings from Bremont now. I have an older Bremont MBII that I love, but I think they are going to continue the long slow decline.
