Ah young fellas. I wish i was your age again. The sooner you learn a full 50% of 4wdriving is about tyre pressures the better your car will go. The other 25% is mods and the last 25% is the big nut behind the steering wheel IMO.

Because there's a lot of bad advice in this thread I'm just going to leave this video here kzread.info/dash/bejne/eWSClMpsh7rIYs4.html Ignore the stupid ad between 2:51 - 4:18 In particular the people talking about 8psi and 15psi on rock need to watch that video. As a quick simplification, the harder the surface, the hotter the tyres (surface/ambient temp, or speed) and the heavier the vehicle the higher the PSI you need. PSI of 12 and below should be considered in emergencies only, should be run as short as possible to get out of situation and greatly increased the risk of popping a tyre bead. In this situation with a paj, the correct tyre pressure is between 22-28 PSI

Things like door cards for the manual crank windows, interior lights all three and the grey plastic trims covering the A pillars behind the front glass, as well as the door handles (for opening doors from outside in chrome) and other trims like the dashboard air vents .

They are LT rated tyres. LT means Lite Truck. Heavier tyre wall construction. Thus giving stiffer side walls. 30 psi is Hwy tyre pressures. You should be running 18 to 22 psi in that harp packed mud. 10 to 12 psi in sand.

Hey mate, I sat at around 80km/hr on corrugations in QLD/NT with around 22psi for thousands of kays on LT ATs, fully loaded, towing an off road camper trailer with no issues whatsoever with no high tyre temps or anything (I have TPMS). So you should definitely be no higher than that with an empty vehicle on these tracks. (As many others have said.) You mentioned waiting for ages airing back up again, that’s why you didn’t drop them more. It really doesn’t take that long, and if it is then your compressor isn’t working properly.
