Sure, then they beat the hell out of it with a hammer. Also the lead paint used in ship painting being sanded off without even a mask.

I think that this will fall apart at the first pothole it finds in the road. Painted and rusty metal, only tack welds no penetration, no continiuos welds I could see. One coat of Magic red paint covers all the sins.

While it's made out of old ships steel, doesnt mean, it can swim.
